Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their Property team in Shrewsbury.

This is a key support role within a busy conveyancing department, assisting fee earners with the smooth progression of residential property files.

Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing caseloads
• Assisting from instruction through to completion
• Preparing and managing legal documentation
• Liaising with clients via telephone and email
• Maintaining accurate file and case records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing support
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems
