Mears Key Worker Contract provides privately rented accommodation to essential Workers of the British Government. With a prime focus on negotiating Corporate Lets the role involves sourcing accommodation from the open market, working with a third party to ensure properties meet requirements and overcoming objections to ensure tenancies proceed for the dates required.
If you are looking for a fast paced, varied role within the property sector this role may be just what you are looking for. Working for Mears Housing Management this position for Property Advisor is working within our repairs and maintenance Team reporting to the Team Leader,
You will be first point of contact for customers, landlords and agents with any property related queries raised during the life of a tenancy and will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers reporting property repairs or other issues at the property
The job entails a variety of duties including talking to licensees of properties through issues with quick fixes, reporting, monitoring and chasing up a variety of maintenance issues raised. We are looking for a candidate who has a Facilities Management background coupled with excellent levels of customer service experience,
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:
- A background in Facilities Management, Repairs or Property coupled with excellent levels of customer service experience,
- A proactive self starter with multi tasking skills and qualities
- The ability to balance the demands of the contract and customer service.
- Excellent time management skills, working to deadlines and project timeframes.
- The ability to multi task and keep on top of a busy workload.
- The resilience to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to liaise with a variety of 3rd party contacts, and to nurture business relationships.
- A self-starter attitude
- A drive to deliver results
