Rural Property Solicitor - Abergavenny
Are you an experienced Property Solicitor looking for a rewarding role in rural land law? We're seeking a skilled professional with 2-4+ years PQE to join a dynamic team in Abergavenny, managing a diverse caseload with autonomy.
This role offers plenty of variety, covering:
- Sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings
- Drafting overage provisions and handling farm tenancy matters, including succession rights and surrenders
- Wayleaves, easements, and single farm/basic payment subsidy transfers
- Property development, investment work, and diversification projects
- High-value residential property transactions, particularly those with rural aspects
