My client is looking for a Property Manager to work on a Portfolio of Shopping Centres which are managed in-house, working with Asset Managers, Centre Managers, Client Accountants and Credit Control to ensure the smooth management of the assets on a day to day basis. A great attention to detail to ensure records are accurately and meticulously maintained. You will need experience in:

  • Tenant Liaison - being the first point of contact for tenant property management queries, redirecting them to other team members as required.
  • Service Charge management, setting annual budgets, year-end reconciliations and unit re-apportionments following unit reconfigurations. Dealing with annual service charge cap reviews and maintaining a record of shortfalls.
  • Managing Service Charge queries from tenants and third party consultants.
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Signing off charges raised by the Client Accountant.
  • Quarterly Funding Request
  • Quarterly Management Reports
  • Quarterly Management Meetings
  • Arrears - working with the Credit Controller and Asset Managers to manage the arrears position.
  • Quarterly arrears meetings, presenting to the Managing Directors and Head of Asset and Property Management.
